South Jersey Trio Sold Heroin, Cocaine, PCP Throughout Ocean County: Prosecutors

Three people from South Jersey were accused of selling several types of drugs throughout Ocean County, authorities said.

Eric Bowman, 34, of West Deptford, Shantal White, 28, of Brick Township, and Michael Kinsky, 46, of Lacey Township, were arrested after a two-month investigation. Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley Billhimer announced their arrests in a news release on Tuesday, Mar. 26.

Lacey Township police and county prosecutor's office detectives began surveillance on Kinsky's home in early January. The county's SWAT team executed a search warrant on the home on Thursday, Jan. 25.

Police seized seven grams of crack cocaine, 10 wax folds of heroin, and 35 grams of liquid PCP. Kinsky was arrested during the search and brought to the Ocean County Jail.

Investigators found that Kinsky, Bowman, and White continued to use the home to store and sell drugs. The county's SWAT team executed another search warrant there on Wednesday, Mar. 6.

In the second raid, police found about 12 grams of crack cocaine and 43 wax folds of heroin. Kinsky and Bowman were taken into custody, while While was arrested in Brick Township on Thursday, Mar. 7.

Kinsky and Bowman were each charged with possession of more than ten grams of PCP with intent to distribute, possession of PCP, possession of heroin, possession of crack cocaine, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

White was charged with possession of more than ten grams of PCP with intent to distribute and possession of drug paraphernalia. She and Kinsky were released on bail.

Bowman was held in Ocean County Jail until his trial.
